GOAT is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People team to support Marketing and Communications (including but not limited to: Content, Visual Design, Production and more) recruitment. The ideal candidate has full-cycle creative recruiting experience and a passion for people, design and candidate experience. 


The role will report into and work closely with the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, in addition to partnering closely with Marcom leadership to ensure continued success with attracting and securing top talent.

In this role you will:

  • Create and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers - collaborate with them to customize and execute sourcing strategies and hiring plans tailored to each specific search
  • Maintain a strong and detail oriented hiring process, ensuring that hiring practices are objective and grounded in well calibrated core competencies
  • Source and recruit candidates through different channels; eager to think outside the box for creative sourcing techniques to identify qualified, creative candidates
  • Partner with stakeholders, utilizing data and market knowledge to inform hiring strategy and decisions
  • Represent the company and serve as an advocate for the candidate, handling end-to-end processes with high standards and a positive outlook no matter the outcome
  • Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years of high volume creative and marketing recruiting experience; ideally with both agency and in-house experience
  • 1+ years of experience in the creative space: digital marketing and media, visual design, PR, advertising and/or design agency is a plus
  • Strong and relevant knowledge of the luxury fashion and/or streetwear space
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting active and passive candidates through innovative sourcing tools, social and job-networking sites and networking
  • A clear understanding of the recruiting process and the importance of the candidate experience
  • A passion for the importance of brand, design and storytelling
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the team succeed
  • A quick learner, a self-starter, passionate, and willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
