Manager, Talent Acquisition (High Volume Recruiting)

ServiceTitan is looking for a talented Manager, High-Volume Recruiting to join our extraordinary Talent Acquisition team as we build the first end-to-end solution to transform the trades. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a team of high-volume recruiters to deliver on our ambitious hiring plans and growth strategies. You’ll collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to navigate nuanced candidate situations, facilitate hiring decisions, and deliver unmatched candidate experience as we scale.
What you'll do:
Lead, empower and manage your team of high-volume recruiters to meet hiring goals while maintaining best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
Manage the day-to-day recruiting programs for all high-volume roles
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and engage diverse talent; ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process, from pipeline development to hire
Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events etc.
Attend recruitment functions such as job fairs, career days and other events to source and engage candidates
Ensure hiring teams adhere to recruiting processes and procedures
Champion continuous improvement; when needed, challenge assumptions & influence hiring stakeholders to drive hiring decisions
Regularly present key learnings, blockers, wins, and losses to your Leadership Team and the broader Talent Acquisition organization
Partner with hiring leaders to build effective sourcing, screening, assessment, and closing approaches that ensure inclusive, efficient, effective and objective evaluation processes
Build effective business partnerships and operate as the talent advisor to your client group(s); do not serve as an “order-taker”
Collaborate with company efforts to build a strong employer-of-choice brand
Be accountable to yourself, your team, your hiring leaders, and your candidates
What you'll bring:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry
2+ years in a startup, fast-paced startup is preferred
3+ years of demonstrable experience building, managing, and mentoring recruiting teams
Experience recruiting for non-technical roles in a technical environment, specifically within Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and G&A functions
Strong business partnership experience, coaching and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing/recruitment strategies
The ability to independently balance multiple priorities and to constantly re-prioritize
High touch service level to both internal recruiting team and cross-functional hiring partners
Strong communication, organization, project management, and negotiation skills
Sense of urgency; ability to move quickly and autonomously; ability to prioritize work efficiently and effectively to deliver results
Growth minded, curious, active learner excited to try new solutions, and quickly iterate to improve how things are done
Strong level of independence and efficiency; entrepreneurial mindset & thrives in a fast pace environment
Detail-oriented in approach to all tasks, whether mundane or mission-critical
Analytically driven and are fluent in data-driven analysis
