Job Expectations: 

  • Evaluate, develop and implement iHerbs Talent Management strategies and programs (i.e. core values and culture, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, learning and development, employee engagement measurement and action, feedback and calibration)
  • Design and evaluate talent development programs that are differentiating, including talent reviews, performance management, promotions process and organizational planning
  • On-going identification and assessment of needs and prioritization of learning needs for employees across the Corporate segment at all levels
  • Develop or tailor learning programs targeted at specific audiences to build knowledge, skills and capabilities.
  • Build systemic processes that enhance our capability to identify the internal talent pipeline, as well as retain top talent through additional development opportunities
  • Design high-level communication and implementation of said programs, in partnership with business and HR leaders.
  • Establish metrics and goals that measure the quality and effectiveness of our programs
  • Apply talent and learning theory/models, leverage or benchmark best practices/trends, and maintain knowledge of cutting-edge approaches in order to deliver performance-based solutions that drive measurable, lasting impact.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with strong ability to be agile
  • Ability to form consultative relationship both within and outside the HR team
  • Track record of driving talent programs from inception to fruition
  • Demonstrated success facilitating internal/external working sessions, including demonstrated experience facilitating talent sessions with senior level executives
  • Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results on key strategic initiatives
  • Ability to translate business strategy and operational plans into actionable talent management plans and programs

Equipment Knowledge: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
  • Experience with Workday a plus

     

Experience Requirements:

  • Generally requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in global talent management and organizational development planning
  • Experience managing complex talent management program design, implementation, communication and operations
  • Experience building working partnerships with leaders and acting as a trusted advisor for business units on talent issues
  • Experience creating and/or implementing enhancements to talent management programs/processes based on relevant best practices, external trends, and data
  • Experience implementing and/or utilizing talent management technology
  • End global program management and change management experience
  • Experience with functional skill management and competency management frameworks
  • Worked effectively with Senior Level Executives and leaders at all levels
  • Strong global, multinational cultural experience

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration or other related field.
