What You'll Do:

  • Partner and influence on a range of Human Resources processes that could include Employee Onboarding, Employee Transfers, Performance Management, Employee Terminations, Unemployment Compensation, and Verifications of Employment.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on HR systems, processes and policies.

  • Collaborate with HR COEs on routine and new program rollouts and process changes, and assist with communication and adoption training. 

  • Regularly review data tables to ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency.

  • Ensure easy, user-friendly access to and appropriate distribution of HR information, reports and metrics across all users within the company.

  • Provide training on new and existing functionality to new and existing users as well as support of users after go-live.

  • Assist with UAT re: improvements/enhancements to new and existing HR applications, reports, business processes, etc.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills are required.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage a large workload that has multiple, conflicting priorities.

  • Strong analytical and data validation skills, experience with reporting and data analysis.

  • Must have strong Excel skills

  • Ability to prioritize daily issues, tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior knowledge of HRIS policies, procedures, systems and tools.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience and a BA or BS degree.

  • 3+ years Workday HRIS experience is preferred.
