About the Sourcing Recruiter at Headspace:

Headspace’s Talent team is seeking a strong Sourcing Recruiter (contract or full-time) who can immediately uplift the productivity of the team and contribute to our rapidly scaling growth. The role will cover the recruiting essentials of searching for top talent, developing recruiting strategies that promote effective methods of evaluating and caring for talent through the hiring process. You will operate across multiple divisions of the organization including Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Business Ops, Marketing. You will help provide best in class service to anyone who engages with our group, both internally & externally. 

The ideal candidate will be a sourcing guru, highly skilled at passive candidate engagement with a deep knowledge of sourcing techniques. An organizational master with excellent verbal and written communication and a proven track record of working effectively with internal teams and external candidates. The ability to quickly manage competing priorities at a moment’s notice is also a desired skill.

• Partner with Talent team to deliver a solid candidate pipeline through recruiting process: identify, engage, evaluate, and hire top candidates to join our growing company
• Partner with the hiring managers throughout the interview process to develop job descriptions, identify candidates, and manage the candidate experience
• Manage the inbound applicant pipeline, while identifying passive job seekers using a full range of recruitment tactics and resources.
• Understand requirements and sourcing challenges of each role
• Provide quick and pleasant experiences for every candidate from application stage to offer while evaluating skill level, driving the interview process to final stages of offer where needed
• Participate in overarching Headspace goals and projects offering innovative, constructive ideas and suggestions to continue our team’s success and growth

What you’ve accomplished:

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in a startup environment
• Well versed in sourcing techniques, specifically with passive candidates
• Proven recruiting success, preferably in-house within a fast-paced, growing company
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and relationship management with a high level of professionalism
• System savvy: Google Suite, strong ATS knowledge (preferably Lever), Microsoft Office 
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive approach to the work you do & interactions you have
• Team player & collaborative approach to work
• Eagerness to learn and contribute
• Trustworthy with sensitive, confidential information
