Responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to understand technical requirements of the role, the challenges within engineering, and how it fits into the organization
Work closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies to generate pipeline of high quality passive candidates.
Run searches and engage with passive candidates via LinkedIn, Connectifier, AngelList, Google Search Engine, GitHub, and other platforms
Proactively build a pipeline of Engineering candidates through internet searches, networking, and research.
Research and develop innovative sourcing strategies.
Track, analyze, and communicate sourcing metrics with internal stakeholders.

Must Have:
1-2 years of experience in Sourcing and/or Recruiting
Experience engaging passive candidates
Expert knowledge and experience running searches with Boolean and LinkedIn
Passionate, driven mentality with the readiness to jump right in and go!
Experience with identifying and building pipelines of qualified candidates for technical positions.
Expertise with web applications such as Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) and with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Jobvite, etc.).
Ability to work well with metrics and to analyze data regarding sourcing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
