About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with a winning team attitude who has aspirations of becoming a Recruiting Manager for their career growth. This role will report directly to the VP, Head of Talent and be recruiting for the Product, Design, Data, and Engineering org. Someone that can balance scrappy with executive presence will be the lucky one to grab this amazing opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle technical recruiting: source, identify, engage, evaluate, and hire top talent to join our growing company
  • Drive sourcing strategy recommendations for a variety of technical roles
  • Partner with the Talent Team to drive a structured, consistent hiring process that increases hiring efficacy, equity, and diversity
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with passive talent to ensure a robust network for future hiring needs
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and consult them throughout the recruitment cycle from search+discovery to assessment through the final offer acceptance
  • Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with the Leadership Team
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and make data-driven decisions

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or agency environment (preferably a combination of both)
  • Recent track record of hiring top-tier engineering and product talent
  • Demonstrated ability to understand a technology stack to match technical talent against job requirements
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates and developing a network in the technology and data space
  • Strong ATS proficiency (preferably Greenhouse), Microsoft Office, Slack
  • Strategic Thinker; outstanding analytical and organizational skills
