Whip Media Group is hiring on a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the People team!
In this role that will be based remotely, reporting into the the Head of TA- you will partner with the Whip Media team to gain a deep understanding of the hiring needs for the Engineering & Product teams. You will own and drive technical sourcing, finding innovative ways to locate and engage top active and passive talent in the marketplace to support our technical team’s demanding pipeline.
You will also act as an ambassador for Whip Media Group's brands - jumping on initial phone screens, getting people excited about our brand and making sure that they understand more about our mission, the structure of our organization along with its trajectory and culture.

What will you do?
- Partner with the existing TA team and technology focused hiring managers to build and increase the pipeline of top tier, tech talent through multiple sourcing channels
- Continuously design and implement effective sourcing strategies based on an understanding of the market and each specific role
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism by prioritizing candidate experience
- Conduct research to understand competitive landscape
- Act as a values ambassador and actively source toward diverse and aspirational hires
What do you need?
- 6+ years of technical sourcing experience across complex product, design, and engineering roles
- Greenhouse!
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with exceptional candidates in high-growth environments
- Committed to building diverse talent pipelines
- Startup experience, a plus!
