Role:

We are looking for a self-starter that works well in an ever evolving, hands-on environment. The right candidate will possess a "can-do" attitude and be willing to hit the ground (and phones!) running, and have the skills necessary to outwardly display our brand in their talent acquisition process. You will work up, down and across departments to deliver the best talent to the business. Equal parts salesperson, consultant, community builder and talent soothsayer - the role will have a big impact on our ability to meet our objectives and deliver on our mission.

What You'll Do:

• Full-cycle recruitment for roles across all functions- Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.
• Deliver the best talent on time and on budget.
• Provide all candidates with an amazing experience by being open, honest, and friendly throughout the process.
• Contribute to our employer branding strategy by attending events/conferences and managing various community outreach activities.
• Serve as an internal consultant by conducting training, coaching interviewers and making sure we’re following consistent recruiting processes to bring the best candidates on board.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned recruiter: 5+ years experience recruiting across all functions of an organization.
• An experienced partner: comfortable with building meaningful hiring manager and business partner relationships across departments.
• Have a strong business acumen: you understand the company, the mission and the specific talent we need to deliver.
• A sourcing master: You have can spot good talent or know the right boolean strings to find 
• A clear communicator: possessing the ability to communicate to all levels and functions both internally and externally.
• A full-cycle specialist: The ability to manage a full-cycle recruiting process in an efficient and effective manner.
• A innovator: An overwhelming desire to find creative and unique ways to bring in top-tier talent.
