JOANY is seeking a driven Senior Recruiter to grow our JOANY team by connecting top-notch talent to our unique opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates of all levels including technical and non-technical roles using various sourcing methods
- Screen, select, interview, evaluate and qualify potential candidates
- Schedule for interviews with team leads, compile and make recommendation to hire or provide decline communication to candidate
- Build candidate pipelines for targeted positions
- Get approvals and make verbal offers followed by written offers
- Track metrics and reports to highlight recruiting activity on an ongoing basis in ATS (Lever)
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of hands-on recruiting experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the tech industry
- Experience working with hiring managers to zero in on specific skillsets needed for the role
- A desire to not just put a warm body in a seat but work to ensure excellent culture add to the team
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills
