Senior Sales Recruiter / Lead Sales Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and creative Senior Sales Recruiter to join ServiceTitan. This role will proactively embed themselves with the Customer Acquisition teams (Sales, Marketing, BD), conduct research and come up with innovative strategies to attract top sales talent at scale. The right candidate will have a strong background in Sales Recruiting and demonstrate exceptional recruiting skills to build partnerships with hiring managers in order to successfully fill positions quickly with top talent.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and BD Senior Leadership to properly plan, strategize, and execute on hiring goals for the organization
  • Network and build strong relationships with senior executives by providing strategic guidance and advice
  • Conduct intake session to set expectations, and maintain strong communication with leadership throughout the recruiting process
  • Network and build partnerships with organizations that can help drive talent to ServiceTitan
  • Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events, cold calling, university recruiting etc.
  • Continuously have a pipeline of strong candidate for the ongoing open positions while strategically collaborating to assess the right skill level
  • Move the needle on recruitment activities: ensure that candidates are moving through the interview process in a timely manner, feedback is collected post-interview and candidates are kept in the loop on status
  • Consistently meet and exceed target expectations to ensure that the Sales/Customer Acquisition Team has the talent they need to execute company goals
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise on target industries, clients and roles
  • Provide quick and pleasant experiences for every candidate from application stage to offer while evaluating skill level
  • Work closely with Recruiting Operations to develop metrics to showcase recruiting efforts and prevent challenges

What You'll Need

  • 6+ years of experience recruiting sales talent at scale into hyper growth companies
  • 3+ years in a startup, fast-paced startup is preferred
  • Experience hiring for Sales People at a SaaS company 
  • Experience strategically using and evaluating various ways of attracting top talent - ex. Social Media, Cold Calling, Linkedin Sourcing, University Recruiting...etc
  • Extremely metrics oriented to properly plan for scheduled hires
  • Experience building a "brand" for sales hiring - making our name known, associating us with excellence and a great place to develop and advance in your career, etc
  • Experience forecasting ability to hire against plan and spotting issues / raising flags
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management with a high level of professionalism
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
  • Must be proactive and enjoy taking the initiative
  • Experience as a salesperson is a plus!
