FabFitFun is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll work closely with departments, such as Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Legal, Finance & Accounting teams to bring top talent into the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers, department heads and Executives to understand their hiring needs at scale
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job description creation to offer negotiation, from entry-level to leadership positions and above across the organization
- Facilitate offer negotiations (sign ons, bonus, relocation, equity) with guidance from HR and Finance
- Maintain data integrity for our ATS (Greenhouse) and other recruiting-related tools
- Prepare interviewers for a successful candidate experience
- Further develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies and hiring processes that result in high caliber hires and positive candidate experience
- Contribute ways to improve our employer brand and assist with execution of related events, such as conferences, networking events, panels, and job/career fairs
- Work cross-functionally across the other groups of the People Team as it relates to the hiring process, including HR Business Partners, HRIS, Learning & Organizational Development, as well as Workplace Solutions
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably within an hyper-growth or traditional retail/e-commerce environment
- Proven experience recruiting for corporate positions at all levels
- Knowledge of Greenhouse or similar ATS tools
- Strong understanding of best interview practices and ability to guide the hiring teams to utilize these best practices
- Experience working directly with and supporting department heads and Executives preferably within an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
- Creative and innovative sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a whatever-it-takes attitude
- BA/BS Degree required
