To help us keep up with our increasing hiring demand, we are expanding our recruiting team and seeking a full-cycle Senior Corporate Recruiter. This newly added position will work closely with Finance, Accounting, HR, and Legal to start, acting as a business partner to guarantee we hire the best talent that will further our company’s goals.

Your Future:

• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that result in sourcing and hiring for stellar team members
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job description creation to offer negotiation, ensuring the best possible candidate fit
• Assist to refine, evaluate, streamline and optimize current hiring processes including: sourcing, interviewing and hiring events
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand and assist with execution
• Continually seek new ways to communicate and network open positions
• Prepare interviewers for a successful candidate experience

Your Past:

• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting with the ability to scale the corporate functions of a technology and ecommerce business 
• Possess a strong understanding of best interview practices and ability to guide the hiring teams to utilize these best practices
• Experience working directly with and supporting Team leaders, preferably within an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a whatever-it-takes attitude
• Knowledge of Greenhouse and the ways in which to use it efficiently and productively
• Ability to collaborate within the recruiting team and stay calm during high pressure recruiting cycles
