WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are growing and scaling our business. With that, we have an immediate need for a Senior Compensation Analyst (Contract). You will help develop all global compensation plans and pay structures. Will report to the interim Director, Compensation. This temporary assignment can be up to 6 months in duration.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Perform on-going compensation work such as market pricing analysis, calculating/processing company bonus plans, submitting quarterly Radford trend reports, assist with quarterly promotion process, FLSA evaluations, write/edit job descriptions
• Assist with projects such as creating salary structures, conducting a pay equity review, reviewing/revising career tracks and titles, and implementing the Advanced Comp Module in Workday
• Audit compensation and titles in Workday
• Work closely with HR Business Partners on compensation issues and communications
• Work closely with HRIS on Workday changes/approvals
• Work closely with Finance, Internal Audit, and other G&A departments as needed
• Will NOT need to complete annual Radford submission nor go through year-end merit process

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Excellent excel skills, attention to detail
• 5 yrs compensation experience
• Prefer: Workday experience, CCP, experience with Radford compensation survey, global compensation experience, experience at a publicly-traded company, experience in the tech industry
