Responsibilties:
- Responsible for HR Technology projects and ongoing system management
- Partner with the Manager, HR Technology and People Team to deliver efficient business processes and elevate the user experience
- Proactively contributes and executes the HR Technology strategy and roadmap
- Executes and manages multiple projects simultaneously through the entire project lifecycle
- Creates process improvement through the evaluation and documentation of process flows
- Elicits requirements and translates this into functional/technical requirements
- Supports the Analyst, HR Technology in day-to-day activities and issues
- Analyzes stakeholders' requirements and supports the management and implementation of change/enhancement requests
- Performs root cause analysis of issues and resolves or escalates as appropriate
- Creates ad hoc reports and provides analytics as needed
- Executes the approach for implementing releases and system enhancements
- Responsible for creating test strategies and execution of testing for projects, releases and enhancements
- Supports the management and maintenance of integrations via Boomi, SF Integration Center and Intelligent Services
- Builds relationships with other members of the People Team and stakeholders and supports them from a technical perspective
- Supports and recommends practices to ensure data integrity
- Recommends and implements improvements to HR Technology processes to improve efficiency
- Provides system support to other systems administrators and the People Team
- Stays up to date on system upgrades, releases and new functionality
Qualifications:
- Exceptional technical skills
- Knowledgeable of HR information systems and report writing tools
- 5 - 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to analyze data and detect meaningful trends and patterns
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to see big picture while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to work independently, multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines within an entrepreneurial team and customer-focused work environment
- Must be able to demonstrate time management finesse while taking on projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to end users with limited technical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with all levels of the organization
- Experience with SuccessFactors
- Degree in human resource management, computer information systems, or similar, preferred
- HR certification desirable (SPHR/PHR, SHRM-SCP/CP)
