The Recruiting Manager will increase the utilization of Medely and Managed Services by expanding the candidate database through active recruitment, deploying consultative selling strategies, and delivering timely customer service in order to achieve revenue and profit contribution targets ultimately increasing market share. 


You will manage the day-to-day goals and metrics of the Healthcare Recruiters and will engage over multiple channels including Frontline Health, email, text, and phone calls. You will master our technology platform and solicit customer feedback to help us provide the best candidate onboarding experience. Your goal: deliver an excellent experience for healthcare professionals with Frontline Health while helping us build out processes to support our growing community.



Duties:

  • Maintain an open line of communication with all W2 team members as well as cross-departmental teams with appropriate follow-up in order to reengage for future opportunities.
  • Building pipeline and database for qualified travel healthcare professionals by prospecting strategically on a daily and weekly basis using system databases and cultivating relationships in order to capture as many potential candidates as possible via phone or email.
  • Initiate and manage email campaigns to generate market demand, using database prospecting reports and content templates, in order to promote Frontline’s opportunities and increase the response rate.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on programs that target an expanded supply base in order to capture and convert an increased volume of candidates.
  • Partner with remote recruiter team to manage messages on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media sources.
  • Analyze relevant reports including Active Pros on Contract, Declined Offers, Canceled Contracts, Appeals, and all other Salesforce Reports. Leverage industry expertise by referencing local and national healthcare staffing trends to gain credibility and influence in order to identify more sales opportunities.
  • Participate in on-call/backup to address after-hour per diem staffing client needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • 5-10+ years of work experience in the travel healthcare sector with leadership positions in operations and high-growth environments; consulting or management consulting experience a plus
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems with a customer-driven mindset focused on value creation
  • Metrics-driven
  • Technically savvy
  • Experience building, training, coaching, and managing a team
  • Practice a high level of communication to effectively translate ideas to stakeholders and cross-functional teams; establish and maintain trusting relationships with direct reports and lateral colleagues
