On a day-to-day basis as a recruiting manager you will:

• Develop and implement hiring strategies and initiatives to hire a diverse team
• Source and fill hiring funnel with strong candidates from various channels (ie. referral, direct, social, job fair, events, partnerships)
• Manage recruiting cycle from beginning to end to meet staffing goals across all departments
• Filter and schedule interviews with key managers, negotiate offers
• Develop and attend recruitment events
• Support hiring manager in on-boarding new hires

• Have a proven track record of developing and filling hiring funnel
• Have the ability to own the entire recruiting and hiring process from beginning to end
• Are proactive and effective at communicating job function internally and externally
• Are results driven and great at following through
• Are detail oriented, organized and excellent at managing priorities
• Have the ability to develop a streamlined interview and onboarding process
• Fluent in Top ATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Jazz, Workable
• Want to make an impact on a massive industry
