GoGuardian is looking for a leader on the Recruiting team to build world-class experiences for candidates, internal stakeholders and our external partners. You will inherit an experienced team and consistently coach to assist in their career journeys. The right individual will be analytical and strategic enough to share their vision with leadership yet scrappy enough to roll up their sleeves and jump in the trenches with the recruiting team. You will have an opportunity to fine-tune the existing initiatives, but will be expected to build a strategy around growing the organization that maps to the company objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions while maintaining a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience to meet GoGuardian’s hiring goals.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to the members of the recruiting team.
  • Act as a liaison between the different external platforms, organizations and other recruiting partners to elevate GoGuardian’s recruiting brand.
  • Define, track, and analyze internal talent acquisition metrics to ensure a thoughtful and data driven approach to hiring metrics and goals.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings, dialogues and other forms of communication around key initiatives such as: diversity & inclusion, internship programs, policies, compensation, culture, etc.
  • Have the “tough” conversations in a professional and constructive way, while knowing when to say “no” so as to allocate the team’s efforts on top priority goals
  • Continuously partner with the Chief People Officer and other leaders in the organization to align recruiting efforts with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with other cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Legal, Facilities, Finance etc.)

  • Demonstrated recruiting experience working with both technical and non-technical roles
  • Proven leadership experience managing recruiting teams (SaaS preferred)
  • Stellar organizational skills, working with a strong sense of urgency and possessing the ability to quickly prioritize various top priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with understanding on how to utilize data points from various resources.
  • A prior record of commitment and demonstrated track record of delivering world-class recruiting experience to internal and external candidates.
  • Bonus if you have: Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws. Prior experience working with different ATS systems (Lever preferred). Prior work experience in a high-growth environment
