What You'll Do
- Be the point of contact for candidates; coordinating, scheduling, and managing support for interviews or any other accommodations
- Own the coordination of every touchpoint of the candidate experience, inspiring the best to work at i
- Assist with full-lifecycle recruiting such as sourcing and pre-screening applicants for Customer Success and Operations teams
- Collaborate with the Talent Team to create and continuously improve our recruiting programs and processes
- Work independently on multiple projects and tasks that support the recruiting function
- Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
- Partner with the Talent Team to find creative sourcing solutions and develop diverse pipelines
- Participate in the coordination and execution of all projects across Talent Acquisition
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of recruiting coordinating experience; some recruiting experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment
- Experienced with Greenhouse or similar ATS (Lever, Jobvite, etc)
- Energy, optimism, curiosity, and an inherent desire to be part of the solution
- Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat; comfortable working with ambiguity
- Accuracy: able to work on multiple tasks in an organized, quality manner that ensures accuracy in scheduling interviews, generating reports, and effectively responding to internal and external stakeholders
- Creativity and is process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
