Endpoint is looking for our first Recruiting Coordinator to assist us with our next phase of expansion. As an integral part of the Recruiting team, you will help manage many critical aspects of our recruiting process - including coordinating interviews, onboarding preparation, travel planning/onsite visits (post covid) and always improving candidate experience. This is a high visibility role that will directly contribute to the success of the Recruiting team and our organization’s growth as a whole.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will use your skills to:

• Ensure interviews are scheduled in a timely manner - including both video (Zoom) and onsite interviews (when it is safe to return to the office)
• Facilitate an amazing candidate experience from start to finish - making sure candidates are updated and informed at all stages in our process
• Work alongside your Recruiting peers to build and continuously refine a world class Recruiting program
• Follow up with key hiring team members to ensure our process moves along seamlessly
• Work on Recruiting Projects on an ad-hoc basis
• Track all inbound candidates in our ATS and manage, review & monitor our interview pipeline
• Ensure that we respond to all candidates in a timely and courteous manner
• Provide general support to the Recruiting team and schedule hiring team debriefs
• Coordinate candidate travel (flight, hotel, car service, etc.) and expense reimbursement as needed

You'll come to Endpoint with:

• 1-2+ years of recruiting coordination experience
• Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
• Experience with G-suite and various Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever)
• A well developed sense of urgency
• Creativity, flexibility, and the innate ability to problem-solve complex issues and navigate complicated situations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detailBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
