As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will join a growing Recruiting Team in our San Francisco office. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to the overall success of a hyper-growth startup. This is a 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend to 6 months or longer.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule phone and onsite interviews with candidates
• Maintain and update Lever, our applicant tracking system
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Follow up with interviewers for feedback and schedule debriefs
• Assist in miscellaneous recruiting projects

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has 1 year experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar administrative experience
• Is consistently professional, especially when handling confidential information
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Successfully delivers on deadlines and flawlessly executes in a very fast-paced environment
• Has prior experience with using Lever or a similar applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in the cannabis industry is a plus!
