WELL’s Recruiting team is looking for a skilled coordinator/scheduler to join the team on a contract basis. You will work closely with the whole recruiting team and be responsible for scheduling interviews across multiple teams. You will have previous coordinating/scheduling experience and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You love solving calendar problems and have a can-do attitude.
This role is for you if you are looking for a challenging role at an exciting startup. This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of it being extended as dictated by business needs. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
- Book a high volume of virtual interviews per week (manager screens, technical screens, and on-sites)
- Coordinate all interview scheduling with a sense of urgency
- Deliver a positive candidate experience
- Assist with resume review on an as needed basis
- 1-2 years of experience in a role with heavy scheduling/coordination/logistical responsibilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong Google Calendar experience
- Ability to successfully manage multiple high priority tasks at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with an ATS, Greenhouse highly preferred
- Startup experience
WELL is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and to prioritize the health of our employees, all WELL positions are temporarily remote. This role is only open to employees that are currently located in the United States and can work full-time (40-hours per week).
