Department/Role Summary:

The primary role of the Recruiter is to manage the hiring process and find qualified recruits to fill organizational vacancies. Develop various sources to find new applicants, such as job-search websites and job fairs. They must also sort through applications and information from potential hires. Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing with candidates; they also help optimize hiring policies.You will work closely with hiring managers to provide a pipeline of highly-qualified and available talent for our various job openings. You need to be a people person who is bright, confident and can make a great first impression for yourself and Convoso.

What You Will Do:

• Proactively source, recruit, and evaluate qualified talent through Greenhouse, social networking (LinkedIn), job boards, referrals, talent platforms, and Convoso’s internal network to find the best talent in the industry
• Identify and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Handle multiple searches in a timely manner with professionalism and proactive communication
• Conduct pre-screen phone calls, interviews, rate negotiations, and reference checks
• Plan and attend industry recruiting, networking, as well as industry and college campus events
• Adapt quickly to constant change in hiring priorities (our company moves quickly!)
• Perform general administrative functions including employee file maintenance
• Keep recruiting database in Greenhouse up to date

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum 7 to 10 year's of experience in a full cycle Recruiting capacity role 
• Experience with Greenhouse is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail and effective follow through
• Effective problem solver with ability to self-manage
• A true passion for SaaS & Tech start ups
