Who You’ll Work With:

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring all levels of talent who will fuel the future growth of Supernatural, one of the world’s leading fitness and wellness companies. We will work together to mindfully grow the organization while championing the core values of Supernatural.  


How You Will Contribute:

 

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will create an extraordinary candidate and hiring manager experience. You will drive recruiting strategy for your hiring teams including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating the offer for candidates across all functions with an initial focus on Design, Product and Engineering. You will protect and improve the candidate experience using hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring practices while filling priority roles in a timely manner.If this sounds like a journey you’re excited to venture in, we want to meet you!


We believe you would make a fantastic addition to the team if you:

  • Care deeply about the candidate and hiring team experience and seek ways to actively improve it

  • Have experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies using traditional and non traditional tactics like Linkedin, Social Media, Boolean searches, and targeted searches to name a few

  • Are creative and innovative when it comes to improving process, practices, and employer branding

  • Are hyper organized and process driven

  • Are data driven - consistently gather relevant metrics to improve recruiting effectiveness (pipeline, sourcing, candidate experience, hiring team feedback, etc)

  • Work with hiring managers to understand expectations of the role, write and post job descriptions, determine interview process and timeline to hire

  • Have fully owned your recruiting pipelines end-to-end for entry to senior-level talent

  • Have developed and fostered strong partnerships with all internal stakeholders, including leadership team members 

  • Are able to diplomatically influence senior leaders, hiring managers and, peers

  • Can thrive in a fast- paced environment and love a challenge

  • Are a team player, ready to jump in to help teammates and contribute to the overall success of the organization

  • Maintain strong professional relationships and connections with impressive candidates over the history of your career

  • Are curious, open minded,  thrive with ambiguity and, are able to prioritize, self- manage and communicate status regularly

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of full ownership of end-to-end for recruiting pipelines for entry to senior-level talent

  • Experience building, owning, and iterating on the interview processes in partnership with hiring leaders

  • Experience working with ATS to identify and track candidates

  • Experience initiating recruiting strategies for a qualified and diverse talent pool

  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills, comfortable understanding the needs of different teams
