We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our People Operations team. As a Recruiter you will help us find exceptional talent from all over the US to fill roles across a variety of departments in the organization. You will be part of the Tradesy team and work from the inside to help us grow both quickly and mindfully.  Your input and ideas matter to us and you have the opportunity to impact your department and the Company in significant ways. We don't need bodies, we want partners. As a Recruiter will help us manage shifting priorities and will provide full cycle recruiting support for all non-technical teams.

As Tradesy continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who is eager to help us attract, hire and retain the best talent around - wherever that may reside.  We welcome non-traditional sourcing paths and ideas.  This role will play an instrumental part in helping Tradesy scale and reach our ambitious growth goals. 

You will:

  • Provide full cycle recruitment for a variety of teams– market and promote job openings,  identify and engage candidates both active and passive, facilitate and manage the interview process, as well as oversee the candidate experience negotiations and offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the broader Tradesy team dynamic
  • Leverage creative sourcing techniques in order to build a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that build the talent pipeline, and improve the candidate experience

You have:

  • 3-5  years of experience recruiting for a high-growth company
  • Demonstrated the ability to identify, attract and qualify candidates; an eye for diverse talent 
  • A demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • A strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse a plus)
  • Proficiency with industry tools and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills - the ability to manage a high req load
  • A positive view of change and shifting priorities with a talent for pivoting quickly
  • A love of innovation and the desire to try to constantly improve and redefine
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as a team
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
