Good news — we’re growing! And, as a result, we’re looking for our first full-time Recruiter to join the team and help us build a talented and diverse team as we scale the business. In this role, you'll be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates across disciplines like Business Development, Product, Design, and Engineering, and you will also help us source talent and maintain our contract talent roster.

You’ll be responsible for managing and improving the full life cycle of the recruiting and hiring processes. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have an incredible candidate experience.

Day-to-day this person will work closely with the hiring managers and the Talent Operations Manager to juggle multiple open roles while also assisting our Operations Manager with managing, sourcing, and onboarding our network of contract talent.


  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust and diverse candidate pipeline into both our full-time and contract pipelines
  • Manage and improve the full lifecycle of recruiting for both full time and contract talent
  • Refine best practices and utilization of our ATS — bonus points if you have experience with Lever
  • Manage candidate relationships from introduction to onboarding as well as maintaining relationships with past talent
  • Maintain our contract talent roster to effectively engage and re-engage current and past contractors 
  • Analyze current business needs and proactively build out hiring plans and future candidate pipelines
  • Ensure that hiring teams adhere to recruiting processes and procedures
  • Utilize key metrics to constantly streamline and improve our current hiring practices and strategies 
  • Collaborate in the design and execution of best-in-class onboarding and offboarding materials and procedures
  • Regularly present key learnings, blockers, wins, and losses to the Leadership Team in order to prioritize workflows
  • Work with our Director of Finance to properly budget and forecast future spend across both FT and contract roles 
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing itDevelop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Perform reference checks as needed


  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment within a tech or consulting company
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles and work streams and effectively and proactively product manage and report on the processes
  • Ability to empower and lead team members on deliverables to speed up hiring timelines when possible
  • Experience forecasting and analyzing both current and future needs of the business and building hiring plans in partnership with hiring managers across the business 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Google docs, sheets, and presentations
  • Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing channels

Our work-life balance here is one of the best I've experienced in my career so far. People usually arrive between 9-10a each morning and leave between 5-7p every evening, and so long as you make all of your meetings and hit all your deadlines, no one's going to judge.
