This is a unique opportunity to work with our founders and shape the ClickUp team on a daily basis. You'll be empowered to recreate interview processes, design and implement recruiting programs, drive traffic to our applications, and make strategic initiatives through job advertisements, event sponsorships, and other innovative ideas to build a world-class recruiting practice.

We are looking for someone who’s “results-oriented” and always eager to get things done, but never at the cost of a thoughtful or strategic approach.

You see the power of data in determining which applicants are successful and which new hires thrive in our environment to adjust your hiring priorities and actions.

You'll manage and drive the full recruitment cycle for all departments at ClickUp including Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. This means working hand-in-hand with the heads of each department to find candidates that find success in different kinds of environments.

The Role

  • Work with ClickUp’s leadership team on talent strategy, growth plans, interview best practices, and effective recruiting process
  • Double our company size in 2020
  • Hire with department leaders in Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
  • Mange Internship Program, recruiting ads, and outreach to colleges
  • Write and maintain the job pages, applications, and postings for all functions
  • Manage initial applicant reviews, first-interview scheduling, communications, and negotiations
  • Use data to adjust your ongoing strategy
  • Handle HR hiring processes, document reviews, etc within Zenefits
  • Coordinate day 1 logistics and prepare new hire's desks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience hiring from sourcing to onboarding
  • Hiring for various departments in an organization
  • Hiring for a tech startup or an agency serving tech startups
  • Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of creating or enhancing a company’s hiring lifecycle
  • Has used data to validate the success of hiring efforts
  • Experience with all types of people
  • Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
