We are currently looking for a Recruiter, who can join our ever-growing team! As a Recruiter, you will help scale our rapidly growing startup. You will work collaboratively with the team in sourcing, vetting, and building pipelines of qualified candidates. You will partner with our hiring managers to coordinate interviews, gather feedback and hire today's top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit and hire top Personal Host and Area Operation Manager talent to meet the needs of our organization
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers/teams to ensure hiring requirements are understood, anticipated and met
- Develop robust candidate pipelines across various cities and generate rapid results in a fast-paced environment
- Provide consultation for advising and influencing around talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics to enable recruiters and hiring managers to be best informed
- Maintain communication with and provide excellent customer service to candidates
- Drive offer processes, including extending offers, and creatively closing candidates
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help source qualified and diverse candidates
- Help coordinate, schedule and keep the hiring process moving
- Assist hiring managers/decision makers in defining hiring needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ideal candidates have 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, results orientated environment
- Startup experience is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong execution skills
- Top-notch organizational skills
- Impeccable communication skills
- High level of resourcefulness
- Proven sourcing skills
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
