We are looking for a talented, creative and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and facilitate in the FIGS hiring process from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices as well as “outside-the-box” employer marketing practices. What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
  • Continuously design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies and grow FIGS’ brand as employer.
  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent.
  • Work and form relationships with internal teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Plan, create, and actively manage job descriptions and announcements on various platforms, social media and job boards, such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn and the FIGS website.
  • Actively manage employer profiles on various platforms, social media and job boards, such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn and the FIGS website, and investigate, recommend and pursue additional avenues to grow the FIGS brand as an employer.
  • Work with FIGS team members to educate them about and ensure compliance with Greenhouse interview and offer process. 
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new roles.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database and on other recruiting platforms, as necessary, and provide reporting and statistics to hiring managers and executive team regarding same.
  • Research, schedule and attend relevant job fairs and recruitment events in the Los Angeles area.
  • Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
  • Facilitate and ensure smooth new hire onboarding.

Requirements: 

  • 2-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment.
  • Experience in the fashion/ecommerce industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems such as Greenhouse and ADP.
  • A motivated, thoughtful, and proactive self-starter with a passion and understanding of the FIGS brand.
  • A problem solver who thinks creatively to drive innovative sourcing strategies and unparalleled candidate experiences.
  • Possess a roll-up-your-sleeves manner and attitude, with the ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask in a high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Anticipate needs of hiring managers to stay one step ahead of the game and provide the best support possible.
