Over the past two years, our web platform has grown from a simple account management portal to a full-fledged ecommerce site offering over a dozen types of insurance. Beyond our consumer portal, we also provide B2B insurance solutions, including a SAAS platform for global brands and insurance carriers.
We are looking for a talent acquisition professional with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and have a direct impact on the company.
What you'll be working on
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Coordinating onsite interviews with hiring managers
- Issuing and negotiating offers with potential hires
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
What we're looking for
- Experience recruiting technical and non-technical talent is a must
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
