People & Talent Coordinator

Role Overview
InStride’s People and Talent (HR) team is passionate about our business, our partners, our culture, and most importantly our people. We are looking for a hands-on People & Talent Coordinator, who is ready to start their InStride journey by supporting a variety of high priority People & Talent initiatives. Together, we will take our employee lifecycle and recruitment experiences to the next level, establish and reinforce company culture to make InStride a great place to work. This position will report to the HR Business Partner.

This role will wear many hats and work alongside a team that is passionate about people and processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent internal and external customer experience for all levels
- Manage and track our employment data and files in partnership with the HRBP. Including file management, onboarding new hires, recruitment, and internal movement (i.e, promotions, transfers, separations, etc.)
- Accountable for supporting and executing our Recruitment, New Hire Onboarding, and Offboarding experiences
- Responsible for the management of our company org chart, employee roster, floor plan, employment verifications, and intranet
- Assisting with the administration and upkeep of our HRIS (Sequoia PEO) and applicant tracking system (Lever)
- Supporting our Recruitment processes through resume reviews, scheduling and maintaining the accuracy of our ATS reporting
- Partner with the HRBP and cross-functional team (IT & Payroll) on all HR admin processes
- Partner with Executive Assistants and other InStriders to schedule and execute employee required events and trainings based on our company routines and calendar
- Create and run HRIS or ATS reports for monthly celebrations and other organizational needs
- Complete any ad hoc data requests and all other duties as required
Ideal Profile
- Excited by the challenge of building a world-class business that delivers not only high revenue growth and compelling ROI, but also has a meaningful impact on society
- 1-2 years of internship or support experience in a Human Resources / People Operations function, or a position with a similar level of operational rigor (e.g., consulting)
- At least 1 year of experience with data entry preferred
- Highly resourceful and organized, with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks while remaining deadline-oriented
- Must be confident and have the ability to retain and secure sensitive information with objectivity, discretion, and tact
- Extremely flexible and able to easily shift priorities with a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and understanding of employment policies and procedures is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office
- High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
- Bachelor’s degree required
