We are looking for a highly organized and driven People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The purpose of the People Operations Coordinator is to provide day-to-day operational support and execute talent coordinating functions. The right candidate will work well under pressure, think out-of-the-box, and excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment as this person is crucial to providing a high-quality experience to prospective candidates and the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with People Operations to execute operational processes and coordination with an emphasis on candidate/employee experience
- Schedule phone and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers across various time zones
- Conduct preliminary phone screens, reference checks, and background checks
- Act as point person throughout the interview process to provide a welcoming and enjoyable candidate experience
- Source new talent and maintain a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates to consider for Edify opportunities
- Post and update job postings across various job boards and recruiting channels
- Assist with coordination of, and attend networking and recruitment events
- Build and maintain a highly effective and collaborative partnership with cross-functional teams, such as Learning, Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Client Operations
- Flex into other functions to provide support, as needed or assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years supporting Recruiting, Operations or HR teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with candidates and employees of all levels
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to change
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting and Greenhouse Onboarding, Zenefits, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite
- Experience in a high-growth startup or software startup environment
