Factual is looking for a tech savvy, People Operations Associate to join our high growth tech company of 200+ people. We are looking for someone who has “People Ops” sensibility and experience in a data-driven People Operations function. You are curious and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and thrive working in an ever-changing environment.
In this role you will interact with everyone in the company, working cross-functionally across the organization. You will support our key functions, including on-boarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and culture.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support People Ops on company-wide projects, administration, and special programs
- Understand the organization and people needs to build effective strategies to support those needs
- Conduct new hire orientation and continue to evolve the onboarding process
- Assist with the exit process by communicating information to employees, completing paperwork, and conducting exit interviews
- Assist the People Ops team with internal event management
- Assist with the deployment of employee performance reviews and the internal feedback system
- Collect feedback from employees to help improve upon People Operations processes and procedures
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed by the People Ops team
- Offer your creative point of view on people strategy and execution
- Write internal employee communications on People Ops programs and processes; maintain the People Ops microsite
- Run regular and ad hoc reports from our systems and drive analysis to tell the story behind the output
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience (prior experience in People Ops is preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong interest in a career in People Operations
- Collaborative teammate who has a “no task is too small” attitude
- An enthusiastic learner with a desire to rapidly develop knowledge and skills across all dimensions of the employee experience, from tools/systems, talent lifecycle processes, performance management, compliance, etc.
- Creative thinker with the desire to shake things up and create an exceptional employee experience
- Great organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to professionally handle confidential information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to openly give and receive feedback
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
