What you’ll do
- Help implement programs that make Altruist a great place to work
- Help build a team and culture that support rapid growth and scale
- Work towards developing talent management programs and strategies
- Implement learning and development programs and strategies to optimize the team’s performance
- Help administer payroll and benefits
- Collect data to help drive team insights and engagement
- Implement diversity and inclusion programs that reflect Altruist’s core values
What you’ll need
- Proven track record operating on a high performance people team, preferably at a technology company or high growth company
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of initiative, resourcefulness and autonomy
- Experience with core people domains, including performance development, workforce management, people data analysis, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations
- 5+ years experience in human resources or people functions
- A passion for solving problems
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity
