As part of Tinder’s Talent Acquisition Leadership team, this will be a highly impactful role responsible for partnering with our talent acquisition leads and with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and work collaboratively on recruiting operations strategies. The ideal candidate for this role has a consultative approach with outstanding interpersonal and analytical skills and experience in technical recruiting within a fast-growth technology company. In this role you will:

  • Operational infrastructure: Oversee Tinder’s Recruiting tools including day-to-day administration and troubleshooting, contract negotiation and renewal, and onboarding for new team members. Manage the discovery and implementation of new recruiting / sourcing technologies 
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to our early careers lead and manager of talent coordination. Lead with empathy first, and data second
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with finance, people ops, and stakeholder leadership to plan and forecast headcount and capacity analysis. 
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Recruiting progress to plan, surveys, throughput efficiency, team performance
  • Programs: Implement programs that optimize and improve the experience and capabilities of internal and external stakeholders engaged in our hiring process. e.g., interview scheduling, candidate experience, employee referral, interview, events, and early career scheduling. Champion and embody the mission and core values of Tinder’s culture in all TA programs and decisions
  • Project Management: Own and lead the planning, scope, communications, change management, and successful execution of a portfolio of recruiting projects.

We're looking for:

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition including experience in a high growth organization
  • Strong consulting and leadership skills with high EQ
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively inspire change and influence the adoption of new processes and ideas
  • Experience leading and driving a team to achieve business outcomes
  • The ability to adapt to an ambiguous environment, changing priorities, and guide the team in the direction of results while having fun along the way
  • Results orientation with a demonstrable track record of success
  • Experience with ATS and Sourcing Tools (Lever and Eightfold preferred)
  • Nice to have: Proven advanced analytics expertise or quick user ramp across multiple data analysis tools such as Tableau, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Excel, and native reports in the ATS (Lever/Tableau)
