Workday Talent Management Consultant
Job Summary:
The Manager, Talent Management & Culture is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering integrated talent management programs and strategies that drive employee and organizational performance and enhance effectiveness. Responsible for supporting the implementation of iHerb’s integrated global talent management philosophy as it relates to organizational design, performance management and coaching, learning & development, succession planning, total rewards, and employee engagement.

Utilization of Workday Talent Management tools and practices to help business achieve TM objectives
Change management expertise at the employee, team and organizational level partnered effectively across multiple functions
Apply talent management expertise to the development, design , and implementation of new talent management programs and processes in a high scale organization
Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering talent management programs and strategies
Lead the execution of core processes across the Talent Management portfolio including performance management, employee engagement survey, communications and talent planning.
Partner with our Learning and Development team to optimize offerings for employees, managers, leaders, and teams to enable high impact on Talent Management processes.
Alongside the Global Head of Talent Management & Culture, evolve internal processes and programs for scale, sustainability, and to drive ongoing growth and impact of iHerb’s people
Communicate the goals and best practices of Talent Management processes and programs internally at iHerb via written, verbal, facilitated delivery of information
Consult with functional and cross-functional partners on a wide range of Talent Management processes to streamline and optimize employee experience and participation in these programs
Continually evaluate and assess existing iHerb talent management needs along with key stakeholders in order to surface areas for improvement or new opportunities
Assist with career development, performance review and succession planning initiatives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both collaboratively and independently to balance and successfully execute on project objectives and related tasks with internal and external resources as necessary
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR team members, as well as leadership, to develop and deploy enhanced performance management processes. Partner with business unit leaders to ensure high-potential development programs are in place
Design, plan, deliver, and support the administration of employee engagement and communication of events and campaigns
Be data driven and evaluate the effectiveness of talent strategies with data analysis and effectively communicating results and findings back to leadership
Create surveys across a multitude of topics; develop, manage and analyze
Act as liaison with Talent Management, Human Resources, stakeholders and contributors
Establishes and maintains team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications
Develop executive-level presentations leveraging available data and able to make decisions in an ambiguous situation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
Proven ability to work with a high degree of initiative, resourcefulness and autonomy
Experience developing and driving change management in a complex, global environment
Familiarity with integrated talent management strategic initiatives including Performance Management, Inclusion, Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, Onboarding, Engagement & Culture
Measure the outcomes of projects, pilots, and process improvement and leverage results to inform business decisions
Be a disciplined self-starter; resourceful and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing objectives

Equipment Knowledge:
Excellent Powerpoint/Google Slides skills and experience building executive level presentations
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
Knowledge of HRIS (WorkDay) for reporting and creation of Talent Management dashboards
Experience Requirements:
Generally requires a minimum of:
Proven execution skills including 2+ years change management, communications and influencer strategies
Ability to research/analyze data and convey results into compelling stories to support business case development
Organized & capable of managing multiple complex projects in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment in conjunction with day-to-day activities
Progressive experience with strategic focus on Talent Management and/or Organizational Development along with demonstrated skill with adult learning techniques, instructional design, presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills
Successful track-record building and maintaining relationships, as well as reputational capital, with clients, vendors, business partners and executive level audiences
Strong use of curiosity to make connections between assigned work and corporate strategy to create alignment and realize synergies
Demonstrated executive presence
Comfortable with ambiguity
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
8+ years of complex Talent Management program development and project/program management experience (consultation, design, development and implementation) for executive level audiences
SHRM-CP/SCP or GPHR certification preferred
