Dave is looking to hire a Manager, Recruitment Operations to help us build inclusive, and scalable processes that will help us attract, assess, and hire world class talent. You’ll work to uncover challenges and opportunities and partner with TA Leadership to drive efficiency.


This position will also be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators to help streamline their processes and tools whilst providing best in class candidate experience. Further, you will have an opportunity to directly shape our TA programs from day one.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and manage the recruiting operations process end to end; helping the team implement creative solutions which will improve the overall effectiveness of the Dave’s TA team and our candidate experience
  • Lead overall planning for recruiting operations portfolio, including but not limited to, reporting/ analytics, system and process design, and our referral program
  • Manage and support the growth of Dave’s TA Coordination team to ensure they provide excellent support to stakeholders; give the timely feedback and troubleshoot team issues
  • Act as a key partner to recruiting leadership and partners across the business (including legal, IT, payroll, HR, and others) to design and drive efficiency and implement scalable recruiting processes
  • Represent priorities and influence business leaders to gain alignment around recruiting process changes and operational strategies
  • Utilize and leverage recruiting data and metrics to assess recruiting process to drive informed decisions for improvement opportunities
  •  Help develop operational strategies to support diversity and inclusion goals
  • Lead our recruiting systems strategy, ensuring we maximize the capabilities of our tools 
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment on key priorities and projects

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years working in Talent Acquisition with a focus on operations, program management, process improvement strategy and execution
  • Previous experience managing people, with the ability to lead, mentor, and support the recruiting coordinator team
  • Experience managing large and complex project work spread across multiple stakeholders
  • Effective and influential verbal and written communicator
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative data analysis to drive decision-making
  • Proven ability to adapt and quickly change direction when necessary in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous success supporting projects that amplify recruiting impact e.g. metrics & reporting, DE&I initiatives, employer branding initiatives, etc.
  • Fluency in current recruiting technology including applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, campaign tools, and headcount management platforms
  • Strategic thinker with high attention to detail
