Manager, Business Recruiting
Snap is looking for a Manager of Business Recruiting to help us build our teams within Sales and revenue-supporting organizations. Working out of our Santa Monica headquarters, you will create and implement scalable recruitment strategies that will allow us to attract the best talent aligned with Snap’s goals. You will partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional partners while leading, coaching, and developing our recruitment team in Santa Monica and New York.
What you’ll do:
Develop and implement a recruiting strategy for cross-functional teams for our Business organization
Lead, coach, and develop recruiters to meet the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing organization
Partner with executives to execute their hiring needs and recruit for management and key roles
Collaborate with Talent leadership, HR Business Partners and other cross-functional teams to drive our talent strategy
Design an operating model for the team that allows us to be proactive, creates process efficiencies and is built to scale
Implement a holistic talent approach that supports matching the best talent internally and externally to our jobs
Create unique ways for us to find hard-to-get talent in the marketplace, including our presence at industry events and conferences
Define and measure success through data-driven hiring metrics and goals
Craft and execute creative talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale for attracting quality diverse talent
Minimum qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
6+ years of recruiting experience
Preferred qualifications:
3+ years of demonstrated experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of recruiting professionals — having worked closely with business leaders, HRBP’s, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators
Strong program management skills designing, assessing, deploying, and optimizing talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that can scale with a sales organization
Previous experience partnering with executives and management within the Business functions
Ability to work with, and influence, multiple facets of the organization (i.e. across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communication based on the audience
Outstanding interpersonal skills, and extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through
Stellar organizational skills, working with a strong sense of urgency and possessing the ability to quickly prioritize various top priorities
An analytical mindset, thus understanding the importance of tracking metrics
Ability to think operationally and develop processes for efficiency
Broad understanding of general HR requirements
Experience and proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a CRM)
