We’re looking for a Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) and HR Specialist to join our People Operations team!
What you’ll do:
Support HR programs and processes, specifically related to mergers and acquisitions activity and other projects as needed
Collaborate with the M&A cross-functional team by preparing documentation, pulling talent information, and creating offer letters and/or employment contracts
Coordinate the collection of work permits and visas on behalf of the Immigration team
Generate new hire documents for candidates
Execute and deliver on internal process improvements to drive effectiveness and efficiencies
Update project trackers to provide cross-functional teams with new hire information
Support the HR team by administering team member changes and people-related transactions, such as manager changes, promotions, terminations, and transfer letters
Other administrative duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in mergers and acquisitions
Project management experience
