But all of this is meaningless without great people, we are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter with experience at a startup or early-stage company that can help us build out our next phase of growth by finding outstanding product and engineering talent.
How will you contribute to PatientPop?
This role will impact our organization by performing full-cycle hands-on technical talent acquisition for engineering and product organizations. We need a player with grit that will evangelize and represent our award-winning culture in the local talent market. You will be a key member of our plan to double the engineering and product organization over the next year.
Who will be successful in this role?
A hands-on recruiter with 7+ years of recruiting experience and the proven ability to source, identify, engage, evaluate, and close top candidates. We are looking for someone with a passion for building high-performance teams and experience networking and relationship building. The ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet business/recruiting goals and achieve results is key to success in this role. This role requires a fast paced, high energy, outcome-driven, a results individual, who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive our talent needs. A true lead recruiter with advanced sourcing skills and the ability to learn how to code.
