Talent Acquisition Lead (Remote)

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to partner with our hiring managers to own the full-cycle recruitment across a breadth of different fields and industries. What You'll Do
- Provide a 5 Star WOW experience as a frontline representative of Cie and our startups.
- Review resumes and provide feedback/insights on potential candidates for all company requisitions.
- Phone screen candidates, document detailed notes, update candidate profiles and distribute information via applicant tracking system (Lever).
- Source candidates through passive candidate outreach, social media, and candidate databases/public resume repositories.
- Create strategies (staffing plans and sourcing strategies).
- Build relationships with candidates and provide them a world-class candidate experience.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry and advise the executive and recruiting team on when and whom we should be recruiting and why.
- Dive deep into our recruiting data to understand trends and opportunities.
- Think big about how to attract talent and then put plans in place to deliver on your ideas.
- Partner with your peers, fellow junior recruiter, HR business partner, executives within our various startups, and hiring managers throughout the company.

Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado
