Lead Executive Recruiter

Snap is looking for a Lead Executive Recruiter to help grow our technical and non-technical bench of Director through Vice President-level talent. In this critical role at our headquarters in Santa Monica, you will manage the entire candidate process from pipeline generation to offer accept, partnering closely with leaders across the organization on hiring, talent mapping, and succession planning.
What you’ll do:
Develop a scalable, global recruiting strategy for our most senior talent across both technical and non-technical teams
Operate as a key business partner to senior management on our most critical talent searches
Craft and execute creative talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale for attracting diverse talent
Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including compensation and employment brand trends
Conduct research to map target companies and top talent, and build out talent networks to develop an ongoing talent pipeline for high priority needs
Develop prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment
Conduct onsite interviews, participate in debriefs, and present employment offers
Minimum qualifications:
7+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive, technology-driven environment
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications:
10+ years of executive recruiting experience
Deep experience in both technical (software engineering and product) and non-technical recruiting
Experience partnering with C-level executives and senior management across a globally distributed organization
Experience working in-house, partnering closely with cross-functional team members including HR business partners, fellow recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators alike
Strong sourcing and relationship management skills
Ability to work with--and influence--multiple facets of the organization (i.e. across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communication based on the audience
Extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through
Stellar organizational skills, working with a strong sense of urgency and possessing the ability to quickly prioritize various top priorities, self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think conceptually
A broad understanding of general HR requirements
Experience working in both small and large technology companies
A deep passion for building effective and high-performing teams
Sound judgment when working through complex issues and when handling confidential information
Ability to analyze, problem solve, and clearly communicate observations and recommendations
Executive presence with a business mindset
A player-coach mentality and a true team player with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization
Experience and proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem CRM)
Experience working within the regulations of OFCCP compliant
