ServiceTitan is looking for a talented Lead Business Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. This position will work closely with the department heads, functional partners and senior level management to define senior level roles and conversely plan and implement recruiting strategies to get the best talent into our leadership positions.

As our Lead Business Recruiter, you will: 

  • Work with business units to define and document hiring forecast for senior / executive level positions
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, screening, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads. Develop a network of referrals
  • Articulate and present ServiceTitan’s candidate value proposition in appropriate talent markets
  • Leverage Talent Sourcer to build and maintain pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
  • Execute functional strategies defined by Sr. Manager / Manager of TA to drive effectiveness across the TA team
  • Identify when and how to leverage senior leadership for senior level searches
  • Mentor and coach sourcers and junior level talent on hiring strategies and approaches
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process, from pipeline development to conversion
  • Work closely with Sr. Manager/ Manager of TA to remove hiring roadbloads
  • Source, target and close senior/executive level roles that will directly impact the business

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 

  • 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry
  • Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Strategy and G&A functions
  • Strong business partnership experience, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing/recruitment strategies
  • Record of success recruiting top talent 
  • Strong understanding of hiring in the current tech landscape.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects
  • Strong communication, organization, project management and negotiation skills
  • Strong level of independence and efficiency; entrepreneurial mindset & thrives in a fast pace environment
  • Analytically driven and are fluent in data-driven analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree
