Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Events, the Internal Events Manager will be an integral part of our expanding Events team. You will service all of the company’s internal events from the ideation stage through execution/completion. If you are an energetic go-getter with killer organizational skills you have come to the right place! 

As our Internal Events Manager, you will: 

  • Plan events from start to finish including research, negotiation, coordination and production. 
    • Typical event size will range from 50 to 200 attendees. Larger, all company events will be closer to 1000 attendees. 
  • Play an integral role in planning for Pantheon, the company's annual user conference, that draws 2000+ customers and growing. 
  • Project manage events cross functionally; often requires working with executives 
  • Source, scout and manage venues and vendors throughout planning process
  • Develop and track budgets, and evaluate success of the event against goals
  • Work with design team to develop all assets needed for events
  • Build strong and strategic relationships across the entire company, as well as external vendors, venues 
  • Prepare new company processes and workflow documents as the program evolves 
  • Keep team calendar and documents organized and up to date. This includes working primarily in Asana for project management and team transparency
  • Have a sense of recurring company events and a pulse on interdepartmental goings on. Be proactive, flexible and accommodating when these events fall on your plate
  • Your responsibilities may shift as company priorities shift, so flexibility is critical for success

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, but not required
  • 4+ years experience managing events in corporate or agency environments
  • Must be tech savvy and results-oriented
  • Experience with Gsuite, Asana and Slack are a plus
