As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. This will require you to think big, use data to influence your work, and be comfortable reinventing how work is done. You’ll design and create strategies for how we onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize work across every department.
The ideal candidate for this position is a creative and curious thinker who loves to roll up their sleeves and dive into execution. This individual relishes the opportunity to make a significant impact, excels in a fast-paced, high engagement environment and has an extraordinary desire to innovate.
What you'll get to do
- Own and oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, compensation, and benefits
- Strong knowledge of US federal employment laws and regulations (ADA, EEO, FMLA, FLSA)
- Partner with multiple departments to ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high quality HR practices within the team
- Identify training needs for departments and individuals; design talent development methods accordingly. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met
- Coach and mentor department leaders to help build a strong community of leaders that will improve the development of the business
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure top talent is selected
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience
- HR experience in organizational design, succession planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching and development, conflict resolution, data analysis and employee relations
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
- Ability to succeed with minimal guidance in ambiguous circumstances
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a variety of stakeholders to drive organizational change
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
