As a Human Resources Generalist & Analyst at AuditBoard, you are one of the few gatekeepers of what is truly our biggest asset: our people. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance. Support review of HR practices to ensure we are compliant. 

  • Onboarding and Termination. Support the employee lifecycle by administering onboarding into our company and systems and executing on terminations. May support exit interviews as needed. 

  • Employee development. Support launch and administration of Performance management processes. Administer tracking of performance and career development plans. Support development and communication of career paths. 

  • Employee Relations Support. Support simple to mid-complexity employee relations and performance issues (PIP tracking) with guidance from Sr. Director of HR. 

  • Total Rewards. Manage benefits administration and support Sr. Director of HR with compensation analysis on a bi-annual basis and implementing such changes in the system. 

  • Employee Records & Systems. Maintain all employee files and records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure HR systems are up-to-date. 

  • Reporting & Analysis. Reporting - Maintain dashboard of top HR metrics (including but not limited to retention, diversity, promotions, internal transfers, employee engagement, PIP / performance metrics). Analysis: Conduct analysis to understand root cause of challenges and opportunities, and make recommendations across several HR programs whether it be benefits, compensation, employee engagement, retention, etc. 

  • Be an expert in your trade as an HR Generalist. Keep up to date with federal and local laws, and best practices in the industry and apply them appropriately to your day-to-day work. 

  • Vendor-relations. Work with 3rd party vendors as appropriate to deliver excellence in people programs you contribute to. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with other team members across departments and the broader management team to ensure we gather feedback and incorporate such feedback across our programs and to ensure solutions will meet business needs.

  • People Ops team. Serve as a key member of the People Operations team and collaborate with other team members internally to align on programs across talent acquisition, HR, and learning and development to ensure consistent employee experience. 

  • Other projects as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist.

  • PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of supporting / administering /executing on successful programs across Compliance / Policy Review, HRIS Systems, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Career Development, Employee Engagement and Diversity.

  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up / hypergrowth environment.

  • Strong presentation development and communication skills.

  • Strong analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets). 

  • Experience scaling a company from 200-800 preferred; Tech / software start-up specific experience is a plus.
