Why We Need This Role

Reporting to the Manager of Human Capital, the Human Capital Specialist will be integral to the team and will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling human capital paperwork, files and processes. Additionally, culture is a huge part of the company. You must be as passionate about culture as you are about the business.

We’re looking for an energetic, adaptable professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and leadership support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an amazing Human Capital team.

First Six Month Deliverables

• Comprehensively learn how the company operates and propose a plan to streamline human capital related activity
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to get all tasks done completely and on time
• Dream up and drive programs that promote a strong company culture and engagement
• Work on special projects to help our teams deliver on company goals
• Assist with drafting and documenting HC processes and policies
