Role & Responsibilities:
The Human Resources and Recruitment Specialist will handle HR operational processes and tasks and ensure a high quality and professional services are provided. To be responsible for HR data processing and maintenance according to requests from the business.
� Manage daily HR practices, tools, resources, communications and documentation (onboarding, departure, probation review, contract renewal, etc.)
� Manage all recruitment related activities, to provide a flow of qualified candidates to the business.
� Standardize and implement HR policies to ensure the compliance (e.g. employee handbook, leave policy, etc.)
� Manage monthly payroll activities and maintain employee records
� Lead the implementation of HR key projects and processes (performance management, reward, engagement survey, talent review, etc.)
� Build and develop relationships with employees to exchange feedback on issues, identify and/or solve problems, assess needs, and /or achieve business results.

� 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably gained within the technology industry.
� Well-rounded knowledge of different HR specialties, including recruitment and a solid track record in HR compliance and operations, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
� Managed employee relations with an in-depth knowledge of Californian employment law.
