SUMMARY:
As Quibi’s HRIS Lead, you’ll be a member of the Talent and Organization (TAO) team and will partner with team members from across the organization to provide HR system management, as well as data, organizational, and security role maintenance in Workday.
In this role, the HRIS Lead will be responsible for the design, configuration, communication, maintenance and administration in support of our HRIS Lead. As a new organization, many of our processes are still being developed. This role will be integral in creating and maintaining a standard that we will use going forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Maintain Workday and provide recommendations for process and system improvements
Design and build complex system configurations
Create processes where needed and provide HRIS support for talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, annual compensation planning, learning and annual benefits enrollment
Manage business end user reporting /analytics requests
Deliver standard and adhoc reporting/analysis for TAO and the business
Provide ongoing systems maintenance and support. Assist with the execution of system changes (updates, integrations, new configurations) and participate in all aspects of system testing
Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitors recurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements
Maintain accurate security role permissions, and create new roles as needed
Act as Configuration Lead, Project Manager, Security Lead and Integration Manager
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Prior Workday experience – required
Degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience
3-4 years Workday HCM systems experience
In-depth knowledge of HRIS and database systems management required
Experience working with confidential information and critical business processes required
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience manipulating complex data sets
Timely execution and decision making
Ability to manage competing priorities
Proactive approach to process improvement
