WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The HR Operations Specialist will be a supporting role in driving key initiatives forward in all areas of HR, by helping to streamline and simplify how the work gets done and serving as a resource for the department.
Participate in small to medium sized projects that are focused on process improvement.
Respond to daily transactional requests
Extensive contact with internal stakeholders is required to identify, research, analyze and resolve issues and requests
Recommend configuration changes that would result in more effective/efficient operations
Participate in testing of assigned changes
Ensure the various HRIS tenants are maintained
Assist with designing, documenting, creating, and delivering end-user training
Data auditing for internal compliance and ongoing data integrity, in support of all people processes
Maintaining and updating intranet in partnership with HR/IT team
Ongoing partnership with Finance related to headcount management and tracking
Supporting employees and managers on questions sent to the Workday inbox
WHO YOU ARE:
BA or BS degree
2-4 years HR experience, ideally with a high-tech, start-up company
1-3 years of experience in working in Workday Recruiting and Workday HCM
Data accuracy and high attention to detail
Communication, facilitation, presentation skills
Project management skills
Customer service skills- quick turnaround to transactional requests
Troubleshooter, problem solver, creative thinker, solution driver
